III. Structural Parameters

Tape Width (Blade Width): BTO-22 is ~22mm; CBT-60 is ~60-65mm.

Blade Length:The length of a single barb, e.g., 10mm, 15mm, 22mm.

Blade Spacing: The distance between barbs, e.g., 34mm.

Core Wire Count & Diameter: Typically 3 or 4 core wires, each 2.2mm or 2.5mm in diameter.

Coil Diameter: Standard closure diameters are 450mm, 500mm, 600mm.

Coil Length: The extended length per coil, commonly 10m, 12m, 15m.

Crossing Points:he number of points where the tape wraps and crosses per meter, e.g., 13 points/meter.

IV. Installation & Accessories

Installation Methods:

    Wall-top mounting (on walls, fences)

    Fence mounting (chain link, welded mesh)

    Standoff mounting (using brackets for increased obstacle depth)

Main Accessories:

    Longitudinal Tendons:** Run through the coil to enhance overall strength, typically 2.2mm or 2.5mm galvanized/stainless steel wire.

    Brackets:** Used for fixing and creating standoffs, commonly L-shaped or U-shaped, made of galvanized or stainless steel.

    Connection Clips: For joining coil ends and securing longitudinal tendons.

    Bolts & Nuts: For fixing brackets.

V. Performance & Standards**

Tensile Strength: Requires a certain level of strength for the core wire and tape.

Shear Strength: Resistance of blades and core wires to shearing.

Salt Spray Test: Evaluates corrosion resistance (e.g., ≥72 hours for galvanized, ≥96 hours for stainless steel).

Security Level: Classified based on structure, material, and performance into general, medium, and high security levels.

Selection Guide:

General Perimeter (Residential, Warehouses): BTO-22, Galvanized Material.

Medium/High Security (Prisons, Military, Borders):BTO-30, BTO-60, CBT-60, Stainless Steel Material.

Highly Corrosive Environments (Coastal, Chemical): 316 Stainless Steel or Plastic-Coated Material.
